THERE IS THE FINAL WHISTLE! BARCELONA ARE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINALISTS!
90' +2
A brilliant tackle from Alves stops Gotze from profiting off a Lewandowski pass inside the six-yard box! The Brazilian simply had to get that right, though it would likely have been too little too late for the Bavarian outfit.
WHAT A CHANCE! Pedro releases Neymar on the break and the Brazilian beats Rode inside the box. He could complete the hat-trick with a simple right-foot finish but instead squares to Messi. The pass is slightly ahead of the Argentine, though, and he is unable to convert!
90' +1
We are into the first of three additional minutes.
89'
Bayern have Barca penned back inside their own final third, but Alonso's attempt to feed Lewandowski with a header is intercepted by Mathieu, who nods the ball away for a throw in.
87'
Javi Martínez enters the game and replaces B. Schweinsteiger.
M. Götze enters the game and replaces T. Müller.
A double substitution for Bayern as we approach the final few minutes, with Schweinsteiger and Muller replaced by Martinez and Gotze.
85'
Pedro gets yellow.
Pedro is the next player to be shown a yellow card, and it comes for a late tackle on Rafinha in front of the dugouts.
84'
S. Rode gets yellow.
Lewandowski misses the target from 20 yards! The striker controls the ball well on his chest and has Thiago making a good run into the box, however, he opts to go it alone. He thumps the ball with the outside of his right boot but sends the ball flying high and wide of the target.
Another yellow card, now, with Rode hauling back Pedro as Barca looked to break down the right.
83'
Time is beginning to run out for Bayern now. Their latest move breaks down in the box as Muller tries to angle a difficult pass across the box for Lewandowski, rather than just shooting himself!
81'
Xabi Alonso gets yellow.
Alonso completely checks Pedro as the winger knocks the ball past him and looks to run onto it near the halfway line. The referee feels it is enough to warrant a yellow card, and quickly gets it out of his pocket for the former Real Madrid man.
79'
Just like on the first goal of the night, Alonso looks for Benatia from the set-piece. This time, though, the Moroccan is unable to direct his header on target as it instead loops high over the roof of Ter Stegen's net.
Minute
Description
78'
Messi loses the ball inside his own half and Bayern work it to Lewandowski. The striker carries it forward before hitting a shot from 20 yards that pings off Pique and flies into the side netting. Bayern have a corner.
76'
R. Lewandowski gets yellow.
Lewandowski tries to force his way inside the box from the left, but, as he gets beyond Pique and Pedro, Alves runs in and smashes it out of play. The referee awards a goal kick, much to the Poland international's displeasure, and his reaction earns him a yellow card.
75'
Xavi enters the game and replaces Andrés Iniesta.
The third change for Barca sees Iniesta make way for Xavi.
74'
T. Müller has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by B. Schweinsteiger.
GOOOOOOAAAL!! BAYERN LEAD ON THE NIGHT! Muller's attempted pass is intercepted by Pique, but he can only prod it straight to Schweinsteiger. He lays it back to the German forward, who curls a fantastic effort beyond Ter Stegen from 20 yards! Just three more needed for die Roten!
72'
J. Mathieu enters the game and replaces I. Rakitić.
A second change for Barca now, with Rakitic going off to be replaced by Mathieu. Mascherano will likely step forward into a midfield role, now.
70'
Barca seem content to let Bayern control much of the possession now, with the Catalans only looking to make a few forays forward on the counterattack. They are lacking the same conviction on the break that they had in the first half, but that is perhaps down to them feeling confident that the job is done.
68'
S. Rode enters the game and replaces P. Lahm.
Guardiola makes his first substitution of the evening, with Lahm coming off to be replaced by Rode.
66'
Barca are looking a little fraught at the back, with Lahm receiving a pass from Muller and dribbling past a couple of yellow shirts on his way along the top of the box. Eventually a tackle comes in, though, and the visitors are able to move the ball up towards the other end.
64'
I. Rakitić gets yellow.
Rakitic becomes the first Barca man to go into the book for a late tackle on Lewandowski. Bayern are starting to play some really neat football now.
63'
Alonso's free kick drops for Muller in the box, but the Germany international has to take it away from goal. He has no options to tee up for a shot, so decides to spin and pull the trigger in one fluid motion, firing the ball a few yards wide of the upright.
61'
Bayern have just around 30 minutes remaining to net another four goals that would send them into the Champions League final. That was their first real chance of the second half, though!
59'
R. Lewandowski has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by B. Schweinsteiger.
GOOOOOOOAAAAAL!! LEWANDOWSKI EQUALISES! That's brilliant from the Poland international! It has shades of Ronaldinho about it, as he manipulates the ball exquisitely at the top of the box to outfox Mascherano before curling a sublime shot past the idle Ter Stegen!
57'
A deflected pass sits up nicely for Bernat out on the left, but rather than use it to whip a cross into the box he opts to go for goal. He strikes the ball with plenty of venom but it is nowhere near testing Ter Stegen as it crashes into the hoardings behind the goal.
56'
Schweinsteiger attempts to spread the play out to Rafinha on the right, but his pass ends up being fired straight out for a throw in. He's really struggled to make his mark on the game once again tonight.
54'
Bernat plays a give-and-go with Schweinsteiger down the left, and the Spaniard does well to get beyond Pique and drive into the box. He is unable to beat Mascherano next as the Argentine comes across with a forceful tackle that dispossesses him.
52'
Alves sends a cross in from the right that Messi controls in space with his thigh. Before the ball sits down for a shot, though, Boateng comes across to make an important intervention, with the ball deflecting out for a throw in.
50'
Lahm has put a few decent deliveries into the box after drifting into more central areas, and he chips a great pass to the far side of the area for Schweinsteiger. The Germany international manages to bring it down but the ball gets away from him and Ter Stegen gobbles it up.
48'
Following Pedro's introduction, Messi has now moved into the central attacking position. It's been a relatively low-key start to the second half, though.
46'
Pedro enters the game and replaces L. Suárez.
We are back underway! Pedro, who scored an overhead kick against Real Sociedad at the weekend, replaces Suarez for the second half.
45' +3
There is the half-time whistle!
45' +2
Thiago Alcântara gets yellow.
Thiago is shown a yellow card against his former club for hauling back Mascherano as he makes strides into the Bayern half.
45' +1
We are into the first of two added minutes.
45'
WIDE! Alonso dinks the free kick into the box and Benatia swings his neck to power a header across goal and towards the far post. However, his effort drifts outside the upright without worrying Ter Stegen.
44'
Lewandowski is felled from behind by Mascherano in a central position 35 yards from goal, so Bayern have a free kick which they may want to capitalise upon before the interval.
43'
Messi launches Barca on a break by hooking a pass out to Neymar on the left. The Brazilian dribbles forward and attempts a one-two with Suarez near the edge of the box, but the Uruguayan's looping return ball just won't sit down for him!
41'
Rafinha is the first player to be shown a yellow card for a foul on Iniesta. He's yet to have a positive influence on the game tonight.
40'
Rafinha gets yellow.
TER STEGEN KEEPS IT OUT! The ball sits up for Lewandowski inside the box after a brilliant piece of play from Thiago, and the striker fires a shot towards the target that Ter Stegen gets a hand to. He doesn't make enough contact to sap all of its pace nor send it wide, so he is forced to scramble back to his line and claw it out!
38'
ANOTHER GOOD SAVE! Bernat whips a cross in from the left with pace, and Schweinsteiger gets in front of his marker to connect with a header. The ball looks to be looping beyond Ter Stegen but he flings up an arm to tip it over the top!
37'
Alves does well to come out on top in a duel with Schweinsteiger in front of the dugouts. He chases the ball down the line and puts Bernat under pressure, but the Bayern man does well to knock it off the Brazilian and out of play for a goal kick.
35'
That is disappointing from Lahm! The captain receives the ball in plenty of space on the right but fires his cross straight out of play for a goal kick. A rare error from the usually unflappable German.
33'
That second goal seems to have sucked all the intensity out of Bayern's play. The home fans are still making plenty of noise, though, and it'll be good for the players to know they still have their backing.
31'
So, Bayern now need five goals in order to qualify! It's perhaps too big of a task for them, but they'll want to avoid another defeat against the Blaugrana. There's a short break in play as Rakitic goes down following a clip round the back of the head from Lewandowski. The referee has words with both players.
29'
Neymar has scored a goal for Barcelona! Assist by L. Suárez.
GOOOOOOOAAAAL!! BARCA MAKE IT TWO! Bayern are caught on the break after Muller almost gets the better of Ter Stegen. Messi's flick on from a long ball is latched onto by an unmarked Suarez inside the Bayern half. He clips a pass over to the back post for Neymar, who takes a touch before lashing a shot inside the near upright!
28'
GOOD EFFORT! Messi almost adds to his 78 Champions League goals with a snapshot after receiving the ball inside the box from Neymar. He was surrounded by Alonso, Benatia and Boateng but still got his effort away. However, Neuer was equal to it.
27'
Muller manages to squeeze a pass into Lewandowski at the top of the box, as the striker finds a gap between Alves and Pique. It slightly gets away from him, though, and his stabbed shot is saved comfortably by Ter Stegen.
26'
Rakitic fires a pass out towards Neymar on the left, and the Brazilian brings it under his control and strides into the box. However, he appears to lose his footing under pressure from Rafinha and the chance to test Neuer is lost.
25'
STAT: Bayern have a 100 per cent record in Munich in this season’s Champions League.
23'
Neymar wins the ball off Lahm on the left and instantly looks to surge forward down the left wing. Alonso is able to stop him, though, sliding in and knocking the ball off him for a throw-in. Bayern haven't had a response to that Blaugrana goal.
21'
Bayern are going to need to score another four goals if they are to qualify tonight, then. They did it against Shakhtar and Porto, but will Barcelona prove a task too far?
19'
GREAT SAVE! Lahm swings a cross into the middle and Muller leaps up to divert it on target with a looping header. It looks set to drop inside the top corner, but Ter Stegen launches himself across his goal and parries it behind for a corner!
17'
Tempers threaten to boil over as Alba goes down rather dramatically after a push in the back from Rafinha. The referee had already awarded a free kick to the hosts and the Barca left-back was simply trying to waste some time!
15'
Neymar has scored a goal for Barcelona! Assist by L. Suárez.
GOOOOOOAAAAL!! BARCA HAVE AN AWAY GOAL! Bayern's lead has only lasted eight minutes, with Suarez released in behind the Bavarian defence by Messi. The Uruguayan looks into the middle and squares a pass for Neymar to fire into an empty net!
13'
Lewandowski angles an ambitious through ball towards Muller from the left before following his path. The German manages to pick the pocket of Alba as he attempts to clear before returning the favour to the Poland international. He just can't sort his feet out, though, and Mascherano stands him up to remove the shooting opportunity.
11'
Bayern are beginning to settle in possession now, with Barca struggling to feed their deadly attacking trio. Rakitic has been their most lively player so far.
9'
The crowd are absolutely delighted with the start their side have made, and Bayern respon by adding more vigour to their high press. It was a poor goal for Barca to concede, mind, as they didn't even have anyone on either post!
7'
M. Benatia has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by Xabi Alonso.
GOOOOOOAAAAL!! BAYERN START THE COMEBACK! A corner from the right is flighted into the middle of the box by Alonso and Benatia gets on it with a free header. Ter Stegen gets a hand to the former Roma man's effort but is unable to stop it from finding the back of the net!
6'
CHANCE! Bayern hit the visitors on the break, with Muller making a great run down the left where he is picked out. Upon reaching the byline he cuts a pass back to Thiago, whose attempt to divert the ball into the far corner is blocked by the ribs of Pique.
5'
RAKITIC! The Croatian midfielder makes a brilliant run through the centre of the park and Alves clips a lovely pass into his path. He guides a shot towards the far corner but Neuer pushes it away at full stretch! Neymar picks it up but the keeper punches his cross out.
4'
Barcelona are showing plenty of patience in possession. After Alves sends it long for Suarez, Neymar recovers the ball following an interception from Rafinha. However, the former Santos man sends it back up the other end to reset the play.
2'
Bayern's full-backs are pushing high up in the early stages, with Thiago and Alonso dropping deep to protect the two centre-backs. Lahm is fed in at the byline but is unable to direct the ball back into the middle. He claims it took a touch off Ter Stegen before going behind, but the officials aren't interested.

We are underway!
Hello and welcome to another huge night in the UEFA Champions League! Barcelona travel to the Allianz Arena to face former Blaugrana coach Pep Guardiola's Bayern Munich side with a 3-0 aggregate lead from the first leg of this semi-final. It's going to take something close to a miracle for the Bavarian giants to overturn that deficit, but that's the sort of magic that these nights can sometimes provide. My name is Tom Webber, and I will be guiding you through all the action!
Bayern held out until the 77th minute at Camp Nou but were eventually undone by the brilliance of Lionel Messi. The Argentine superstar scored twice before setting up Neymar to complete a 3-0 victory for Barca, who will need to avoid complacency on their trip to Germany. They are still fighting for trophies on three fronts, with Luis Enrique edging closer to repeating the treble that Guardiola led the Blaugrana to in 2008-09.
Until recently, the Bavarian giants were also looking at an historic treble themselves. However, after clinching the Bundesliga title they suffered a DFB-Pokal elimination at the hands of rivals Borussia Dortmund. The first-leg defeat at Barca quickly followed, and now die Roten have lost four on the trot! Injuries have played their part, but Guardiola will be expecting a much-improved performance from his side this time out. They know they have to score at least three times tonight.
BARCELONA TEAM NEWS: There are no injury concerns for Luis Enrique with Jeremy Mathieu available once more, though he only features on the bench tonight. It's an identical starting line-up to that which began the first leg, with the coach clearly eager for a repeat performance.
Barcelona (4-3-3): Ter Stegen; Alves, Pique, Mascherano, Alba; Rakitic, Busquets, Iniesta; Messi, Suarez, Neymar.
Barcelona bench: Bravo, Adriano, Bartra, Mathieu, Xavi, Rafinha, Pedro.
BAYERN TEAM NEWS: Holger Badstuber, David Alaba, Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery all remain out through injury as, despite the defeat in the first leg, Guardiola also names the same starting line-up for the visit of the Blaugrana. The big question will be whether he starts with a back three or a four-man defence tonight.
Bayern are no strangers to making sure of their progression with positive home results this campaign. They overcame a 3-1 deficit from the first leg of their quarter-final tie with Porto, thrashing them 6-1 at the Allianz Arena. Furthermore, after a 0-0 draw in Ukraine, a 7-0 victory at home against Shakhtar Donetsk saw them through. With 13 goals in their last two Champions League fixtures on their own patch, you wouldn't bet against them bagging some more tonight.
However, Barca haven't conceded a goal in any of their last seven outings in all competitions, though five of those clean sheets have been kept by Claudio Bravo. And with the prolific trio of Messi, Luis Suárez and Neymar up top, Bayern will not be able to be overly adventurous. We certainly are set for another fascinating encounter tonight.
The teams are making their way out onto the pitch at the Aliianz Arena, so we will be underway in just a few moments!
Some great pre-match choreography from the fans opposite the tunnel, with 'One city, one dream' being spelled out in the stands.
HALF TIME - Bayern 1-2 Barca (agg 1-5): It all started so well for die Roten, with Benatia heading them into a seventh minute lead. However, the Blaugrana proved lethal on the counterattack, with Messi, Suarez and Neymar combining to set the Brazilian up for a pair of goals. Guardiola's men now need to score six if they are to reach the final, a feat no team has achieved against the Catalan side since 1994. Stay tuned for the second half!
The teams are heading back out onto the pitch, so the second half will begin in a few minutes.
FULL TIME - Bayern 3-2 Barcelona (agg 3-5): Luis Enrique's side keep their hopes of another treble alive despite defeat at the Allianz Arena. The Blaugrana's first-leg victory proves enough to guarantee their place in the next month's final in Berlin, though they did lead on the night thanks to a Neymar double after Benatia's opener. Goals from Lewandowski and Muller put die Roten back ahead, but it was too little too late as they crash out of the tournament.
That is all we have time for this evening. Thanks for joining me, Tom Webber, and have a great night!
