Hello and welcome to live coverage of today’s Premier League clash between Burnley and Stoke City. I’m Lee Gormley and I’ll be guiding you through all of the action from Turf Moor!
Team news: The hosts have Kevin Long (knee) and Dean Marney (knee) unavailable through injury, while Victor Moses (hamstring) and Bojan Krkic (knee) are absent for the visitors.
Burnley play their final home game of the campaign knowing they will be playing in the Championship next season. Although the Clarets have been hardworking and unified under Sean Dyche, a small consolation but one that should give them confidence for a possible return to the top-flight for the 2016-17 season.
Victory would see Burnley record a top-flight double over Stoke for the first time since the 1967-68 season. The Potters have not won a top tier match at Turf Moor since 1975, although that covers just one game; a 1-1 draw in the Premier League in 2010.
The Clarets are one of only two teams (along with Watford) to have played in more than one Premier League season and been relegated each time. While, the Potters have 50 points this term and one more will be a new club record in the top-flight.
We are just 10 minutes away from kick-off here at Turf Moor!
