Riki enters the game and replaces Rochina.
Riki replaces Rochina for the final few minutes. Sandoval clearly looking to wind down the clock.
87'
The fans continue to celebrate, even though their future in this division remains desperately delicate. Sandoval has almost completed the miracle, though.
85'
It remains all Granada, but most of their possession is coming around the half way line or inside their own half. They are in no rush to push forward and be exposed at the back and risk losing what is a valuable point. As it stands, a goal from Atletico would relegate them.
84'
R. Jiménez enters the game and replaces Saúl.
83'
Simeone makes his first change of the match, with Saul the man to make way for Raul Jimenez. Raul Garcia may well move out to the right now, with the Mexican joining Griezmann up top for the remainder.

Description
77'
Somehow, Deportivo have come back from 2-0 down to draw level with Barcelona, meaning it is now Eibar and Almeria set to be relegated alongside Cordoba.
76'
Siqueira tries to wind down the clock in the corner but he is quickly dispossessed by Nyom. That decision draws even more boos from the crowd, who aren't impressed with their former player.
74'
Atletico have given another masterclass at the back today. They've kept Granada at arm's all evening, with Oblak barely tested in any way.
72'
For all the possession they've had today, Granada have done very little with it. Every cross they've put into the box has been gobbled up by either Godin or Miranda, and the Andalusians have not found another root through.
70'
There's a short break in play for the players to take on fluids, and perhaps another opportunity for their coaches to whisper a few words of wisdom in their ears as we approach the final whistle.
69'
We are approaching the final 20 minutes and there remains nothing to separate the two teams. Granada are sitting in an increasingly precarious position as the minutes tick by, with an Almeria goal all it would take to relegate them.
67'
STAT: Atletico are without a win in three matches, losing one, and have not gone four in a row without tasting victory, within a single season, since March 2012.
65'
Saul bends a tempting cross in from the left which swings back out towards Griezmann. The Frenchman is unable to bring it down, though, and the hosts' defence eventually hook it to safety. The quality just hasn't been their in the final third at either end.
63'
Ibanez rolls a pass out to Juan Carlos on the left, but the defender's cross is headed away by Tiago inside the box. Atleti have absolutely dominated the aerial game this evening.
61'
Less than half an hour remains, but as it stands Granada will avoid relegation. They are leaving this up to results from elsewhere, though, and the whistles in the stands are beginning to become more audible and frustrated.
59'
Fran Rico clips a corner into the box but it is headed away by the Atletico defence. Granada's set-pieces have been rather disappointing so far this evening.
57'
A long ball into the box towards Raul Garcia is headed away by Babin, but only as far as Koke. The midfielder smashes a volley towards goal but it bounces up kindly for the keeper who makes a simple stop to deny him.
56'
Ten minutes of the second half have passed and Granada are yet to show any positivity about their ensuring a place in the top flight for next season.
54'
Koke spins away from his marker well and slides a pass down the left for Siqueira to chase. Nyom rushes across and makes a good challenge to divert the ball out for a throw-in to the visitors. Atletico appear happy to sit deep and let the hosts control possession.
52'
STAT: Granada are without a win in 12 league meetings against Atletico.
50'
We are still waiting for a decent effort at goal in this match. Neither keeper has been caused too much fuss so far this afternoon, with the match proving rather cagey.
48'
Granada have settled on the ball quickly and have controlled possession since the start of the second half. They may well have got an update on the scores elsewhere during the interval. As the clock ticks down things are likely to become more frantic.
46'
We are back underway!
45' +1
Former Granada man is penalised for an unnecessary tackle on Nyom down near the corner flag, and the hosts get a free kick. It has been signalled that there will be one added minute!
There's the half-time whistle!
45'
There are whistles from the crowd as Atletico hang onto possession inside their own half. They eventually move it forward but fail to make anything like a chance following a couple of crosses into the middle in quick succession.
43'
Rochina is the man to take the set-piece. He hits it left footed but fails to produce an effort capable of beating Oblak as it swirls high and wide of the keeper's net.
42'
Tiago is penalised for a foul on El-Arabi, and it appears that he caught him with a stray arm as he challenge for a header. It's in a decent position for the hosts, right-of-centre about 25 yards from the goal.
40'
There have been a few too many erroneous passes from both sides today, but Gabi produces an absolute pearl to try and free Raul Garcia in the box. It is slightly overhit, though, and the forward cannot keep it in play.
38'
Fran Rico enters the game and replaces Piti.
Almeria have retaken the lead at home to Valencia. It sends Granada into the drop zone once more but is positive news for Simeone's side. Eibar, meanwhile, are 3-0 up at Cordoba.
37'
Piti is soon back to his feet and off to the touchline, but it's going to be the end of his afternoon as Fran Rico does indeed come on in his place. He must have felt a twinge in a muscle as there was no discussion about him staying on.
36'
There's a break in play now as Piti has gone down on the deck holding his head. It didn't seem clear what happened, but Fran Rico is going through his exercises on the touchline.
34'
Piti drifts out to the right and sets himself for a cross with his first touch. He curls a brilliant delivery towards the head of El-Arabi, but it is slightly too far ahead of the striker and it bounces wide of the upright on the far side.
32'
Granada win their third corner of the afternoon already, but this time Piti's delivery evades every head inside the box and bends out of play for a goal kick to the visitors.
30'
Griezmann chases a through-ball down the centre of the pitch but is sent tumbling under pressure from Mainz. He looks straight to the referee but he signals for play to continue with the Granada centre-back in possession.
28'
An update on the scores elsewhere, Valencia have just equalised against Almeria. That result lifts Granada back out of the bottom three for the time being, but is not a problem for Atleti as a point would secure second position. The game has been exceptionally bitty so far, with neither side yet in top gear.
26'
A great pass down the right from Gabi looks set for Juanfran, but Juan Carlos comes across and beats him to it. The Atletico captain rushes forward to try and regain possession but commits a foul on Perez.
24'
Ibanez rolls a pass out to the right for Piti, but the experienced midfielder sees his attempted cross deflected behind for a corner. He whips in the resulting set-piece and Babin is adjudged to have committed a foul on Oblak, resulting in a free kick for the visitors.
22'
Juanfran plays a quick give-and-go with a thrown on the right and looks to charge into the box along the byline. He soon runs into trouble, though, and knocks the ball out of play for a goal kick. Atletico starting to grow in confidence now.
20'
STAT: Granada have won three straight matches and have not been victorious for four games in a row in the top division since January 1974.
18'
Griezmann! The Frenchman receives the ball from Koke at the top of the box and he lets it run onto his left foot. Nyom chases back in to close him and does enough to put him off, with the Atetico man slicing miles wide of the target.
16'
Rochina receives the ball in space on the left and attempts to cut inside of Miranda. The Brazilian times when to put his foot in perfectly and knocks it away from the former Blackburn Rovers man. In his efforts to try and regain it, the Granada midfielder fouls his opponent and a free kick is awarded.
15'
Koke's cross is not dealt with by the Granada defence, and Iturra slices his clearance towards the back post. El-Arabi is back to help defend though, and he makes sure the visitors are unable to get it back in there again.
13'
The game is mainly being contested in the centre of the park, with chances to test either goalkeeper yet to materialise. Atletico launch a long ball down the forward that ends up earning them a free kick. Koke will bend this into the box.
11'
Perez tries to launch the hosts forward on a counterattack but is brought down by Gabi. The captain used his experience to make sure that the opposition didn't advance into the Rojiblancos' half.
10'
Good news and bad news for the teams playing here as Almeria have gone 1-0 up against Valencia. That means Atleti are more comfortable in third place, but the Andalusians drop into the relegation zone! There match is being played at a fairly slow tempo, with neither side ready to overcommit.
8'
El-Arabi attempts to bring down a long pass forward but is adjudged to have illegally challenged Miranda for it. The Brazilian drops to ground and the referee awards the visitors a free kick which they pump long.
7'
Eibar have gone 1-0 up against Cordoba, meaning Granada drop to 17th and Deportivo head into the relegation zone.
6'
Juan Carlos takes his turn to get forward on the left, and he angles a pass into the feet of Piti as he sprints out to the wing diagonally. The midfielder then looks to stand a cross up at the back post for a team-mate but he delivers it far too close to Oblak.
4'
Nyom pushes up on the right and whips a cross into the middle, looking for El-Arabi, but Tiago gets back into position and hooks the delivery straight back out. Granada are looking very positive in the opening stages.
3'

2'
Tiago picks up the ball in midfield and tries to put a pass in behind the defence for Griezmann to latch onto. They aren't on the same wavelength, though, and the Frenchman runs away from the ball.

We are underway!
Hello and welcome to the final day of the 2014-15 Liga season! Atletico Madrid, hoping to secure a spot in next season's Champions League group stage with a third-place finish, travel to the south of Spain to meet relegation-endangered Granada. There's plenty on the line and I, Tom Webber, will be your guide through all the action.
Diego Simeone’s men are three points clear of fourth-placed Valencia - who visit relegation-endangered Almeria simultaneously with this match - but have the worse head-to-head record with Nuno Espirito Santo’s side. They just need to match the result of los Che in order to be assured of automatic Champions League football.
Granada, meanwhile, are in search of the positive result for starkly contrasting means. They are just two points clear of 19th-placed Almeria and third-bottom Eibar, and the Andalusians will be safe should both suffer final-day defeats. The Nazaries sit 16th in the table and have the advantage of a superior head-to-head record against Deportivo La Coruna on place below them. They visit champions Barcelona today, too.
GRANADA TEAM NEWS: Jose Ramon Sandoval is forced into two changes from the side that beat Real Sociedad 2-0 last time out, with Javi Marquez and Lass Bangoura missing due to suspension. Ruben Perez and Robert Ibanez are the players drafted into the starting line-up as the hosts look to extend their run of consecutive wins to four.
ATLETI TEAM NEWS: Simeone has Fernando Torres, Mario Mandzukic and Arda Turan all absent through injury. Jose Gimenez also drops out as Miranda, Saul, Tiago and Raul Garcia are all handed starting berths. Los Rojiblancos will be keen for a strong end to the season having failed to win any of their last three outings.
Atletico Madrid bench: Moya, Jesus Gamez, Gimenez, Ansaldi, Suarez, Cani, Jimenez.
On the one previous occasion that Granada finished a Liga season with a match against Atletico Madrid - in the 1960-61 campaign - they were relegated. They'll be hoping history doesn't repeat itself tonight, but they at least have some positive momentum behind them after wins over Getafe, Cordoba and Real Sociedad.
HALF TIME - Granada 0-0 Atletico Madrid: Despite both teams still having something to play for on the final day of the season, it's been quite a low-key affair. The biggest cheer of the first half came following a Valencia equaliser at Almeria shortly before the break, something which has big ramifications here with the hosts rising out of the bottom three yet again! Stay tuned for the second half.
FULL TIME - Granada 0-0 Atletico Madrid: In a game of very few chances, a point for either side proves enough as the hosts avoid the drop and los Rojiblancos make sure of a third-place finish. There was only one shot on target throughout and it came in the first half, with neither side wanting to give an inch of space.
So it is Almeria and Eibar who join Cordoba in the bottom three and are relegated to the second division.
That is all from me, Tom Webber, for this evening. Thanks for joining me.
