There goes the final whistle and it is honours even at Goodison Park.
90' +2
Neither side are particularly pushing for a winning goal, although Southampton are still continuing to dominate in possession.
90'
FOUR MINUTES! The fourth official raises his board to indicate that there will be four additional minutes at the end of this match.
88'
Tadic looks to whip a deep ball into the box from the right flank. There is too much pace on his delivery, though, and it goes behind for a goal-kick.
86'
Southampton are slowly turning up the pressure in the closing stages of this match. They are controlling possession inside the Everton half.
84'
J. Rodríguez gets yellow.
Rodriguez is booked for dissent after throwing the ball away when he was penalised by the referee.
83'
T. Davies enters the game and replaces D. Gibson.
Everton's final change sees 17-year-old Tom Davies come on for his debut. Gibson is the man to make way.
82'
We are into the last eight minutes here at Goodison Park. Southampton are looking the most likely to grab a winner, but will we see a decisive third goal in this game?
80'
STRONG HANDS! Rodriguez receives the ball on the edge of the area and works space for the shot. However, Joel gets his palms behind the effort to push it away.
78'
Southampton have got their tails up now. Long chases a long ball in behind the Everton defence, but is well denied by Joel. The hosts need to be careful.
Minute
Description
76'
S. Mané has scored a goal for Southampton! Assist by D. Tadić.
Tadić caused problems down the right flank that led to the goal.
MANE EQUALISES!!! Southampton push forward in search of the leveller and it arrives courtesy of Mane, who is in the right place at the right time to drill the ball home.
74'
Can the Saints respond? They need to keep picking up points in their quest to ensure European football next season.
72'
J. Rodríguez enters the game and replaces V. Wanyama.
Southampton make their third and final change. It is the last throw of the dice from Koeman, who sends on Jay Rodriguez in place of Wanyama.
70'
The Brazilian's shot took a deflection off Bertrand, although question marks will be raised against the left-back. He was slow reacted and almost lazily held out his right leg to block.
68'
R. Funes Mori has scored a goal for Everton!
FUNES MORI GIVES EVERTON THE LEAD!!! The hosts take the lead with a quarter of the game to go! Funes Mori's initial header from the corner is blocked, but there is no denying the defender a second time, as he drills the ball home through the crowded area.
66'
Martinez will be hoping that Barkley can provide that creative spark for Everton. There is no doubt that the England midfielder has the quality to unlock this stubborn Southampton defence.
64'
R. Barkley enters the game and replaces Deulofeu.
S. Davis enters the game and replaces G. Pellè.
Southampton make their second change of the afternoon, as Pellè goes off to be replaced by Steven Davis.
There is also a substitution for Everton. It is a very attacking one, too, as Deulofeu is replaced by Ross Barkley.
63'
WELL HELD! Mirallas steps up and there is plenty of whip on his delivery. However, it is right down the throat of Forster, who gathers fairly comfortably.
62'
Everton are awarded a free-kick in a dangerous position near the edge of the Southampton penalty area. Mirallas is stood over the ball...
60'
As we approach the hour-mark, the game is in need of an injection back to life at the moment. There is no real flow and possession is being exchanged far too readily.
58'
The home fans are getting a little restless as they urge their side to gain the upper hand in this contest. The hosts are yet to truly threaten Forster in this second half.
56'
What a moment this is for the 18-year-old. He does have first-team experience under his belt from a loan spell with Barnsley, but this really is the next step up.
54'
C. Connolly enters the game and replaces S. Coleman.
Coleman pulled a muscle in that chase and is unable to continue. Coming on in his place is Callum Connolly, who makes his Premier League debut.
52'
It is a straight race for the ball between Bertrand and Coleman down the left flank. The Everton man gets there first, but is forced into conceding a corner.
50'
OFF THE BAR! Southampton hit the woodwork for the second time today. Tadic is unlucky on this occasion, as he sees his effort come back off the upright.
48'
Southampton have began the second half in a positive manner. They are applying pressure in the dangerous areas for Everton and will be looking to find an early breakthrough.
46'
KICK-OFF! The referee blows his whistle and Everton get the ball rolling once again.
45' +4
ALMOST! Bertrand's corner is only half-cleared by Everton to Van Dijk, who's shot is not too far over the crossbar. The referee swiftly blows for half-time.
45' +3
Southampton are pushing in first-half stoppage time. Can they edge their noses in front before the break?
45' +1
OFF THE POST! Bertrand's left foot causes problems again, this time from a corner. His delivery is met by Long, who's glancing header rattles against the far post.
44'
GOOD SAVE! Bertrand whips the subsequent free-kick towards the top corner, but Joel scrambles across to his near post brilliantly to push it away.
42'
D. Gibson gets yellow.
Gibson receives the first yellow card of the game for a rash challenge on Long. He took one for the team as the Saints threatened a counter-attack, but his tackle was a poor one.
40'
Mane evades a couple of challenges as he bursts into the area, before his shot just drifts the wrong side of the near post. That was more like it from the visitors.
38'
M. Yoshida enters the game and replaces José Fonte.
The change is made as Fonte makes his way to the touchline. Maya Yoshida comes on in his place.
37'
Fonte is in need of attention from the medical team, as he is still complaining of a head problem following an earlier knock. It appears that the Southampton skipper is unable to continue.
35'
The Saints are looking the more dangerous of the two sides in attack, but they do need to show more creativity in the danger areas.
33'
Should Southampton secure continental football for next season, they will be keen to make a bigger impact after losing in the Play-Offs round of this year's Europa League.
31'
Fonte has made 32 Premier League appearances this season - the most of any Southampton player - and his solidarity has been key in the Saints' push for Europe.
29'
A huge appeal rings out around Goodison Park as Mirallas goes down under a challenge from Fonte. However, the referee waves them away on this occasion. The Saints skipper got away with one there.
27'
There is a break in play as Fonte goes down following an aerial challenge with Kone. Oviedo also receives attention and replays show that he turned his ankle when trying to keep the ball in play.
25'
The Costa Rican is still limping around after going down clutching his right ankle. After all the long-term injury problems he has faced, the last thing he will want is another lengthy absence.
23'
Oviedo pulls up at the vital moment and Southampton look to capitalise on the counter-attack. Tadic gets his shot away, but it is straight down the throat of Joel.
21'
Koeman will be delighted with his side over the past few minutes. Another quick break sets up a chance for Long, but he cannot keep his shot down from a tight angle.
20'
JUST OVER! Southampton apply the pressure following a dangerous counter-attack. Tadic attempts an audacious volley inside the area, but the ball just drifts over the bar.
18'
CHANCE! All of a sudden, Everton link the play neatly down the right flank. Mirallas finds himself unmarked in the penalty area, but sees his goalbound shot blocked by the well-placed Southampton defence.
17'
Things have gone fairly flat over the last couple of minutes. The game has lost the flow that had been evident during the opening quarter of an hour.
15'
Southampton advance forward and Tadic looks to thread the ball through for Long to run on to, but it just runs away from the Irishman this time.
13'
The crowd show their frustration as Everton play the ball all the way back to Joel following a neat passage of play inside the Southampton half. It was probably the only option available on that occasion in all fairness.
11'
Mirallas is one of three players in today's line-ups to receive multiple red cards in this season's Premier League. The Belgian and Sadio Mane have been shown twice, while Victor Wanyama has been given his marching orders on three occasions.
9'
Mirallas gets the ball out of his feet and looks to switch the play with a diagonal crossfield pass towards Deulofeu on the opposite flank. There is just too much pace, though, and it runs behind for a goal-kick.
7'
There is a slight break in play here as Wanyama stays down. The central midfielder landed awkwardly on his back and is in some discomfort. He should be fine to continue, though.
5'
NERVY MOMENT FOR FORSTER! Oviedo whips the ball into the box from the right flank. It should be a fairly routine take for the England keeper, but he spills it twice before his teammates just about clear the danger.
3'
Everton apply the early pressure. Osman bursts into the area and gets to the byline, before his cross is turned behind for a corner.
1'
KICK-OFF! Referee Craig Pawson blows his whistle and Southampton get the match underway.
Good afternoon and welcome to LIVE text commentary of the Barclays Premier League! We're at Goodison Park today as Everton host Southampton.
Everton are looking to end a run of five matches without a win, while Southampton have lost just one of their previous five.
Injury-hit Everton have been forced into six changes from their 0-0 draw with Crystal Palace on Wednesday. Leighton Baines, Ross Barkley and Aaron Lennon all picked up knocks in that game, while James McCarthy was sent off. There is just a second start for Leon Osman in midfield and there could be Premier League debuts from the bench for teenagers Callum Connolly and Tom Davies.
Ronald Koeman sticks with exactly the same starting 11 that comfortably beat Newcastle United last weekend. The only change comes on the bench as the injured Charlie Austin makes way for Steven Davis, who returns from an ankle problem.
HERE THEY COME: The players are making their way out onto the field and kick-off is just moments away.
HALF-TIME: EVERTON 0-0 SOUTHAMPTON
We are goalless at half-time between Everton and Southampton. The Saints went closest to scoring in the first half, as Shane Long's header came back off the post with Joel Robles beaten.
The players are making their way back out onto the field and the second half is imminent.
FULL-TIME: EVERTON 1-1 SOUTHAMPTON
Ramiro Funes Mori put Everton in front in the 68th minute, but Sadio Mane equalised for Southampton to extend the hosts' run to six games without a win.
That's all for this afternoon! Thank you for following the LIVE action of the Barclays Premier League - hope you've enjoyed it. Until next time, have a very good evening!
