IT'S ALL OVER! INCREDIBLE! JUVENTUS ARE THROUGH TO BERLIN TO TAKE ON BARCELONA!
90' +3
Disastrous! Real Madrid are in such a hurry that Casillas runs up to take a throw in his own end. Marcelo arrives so he drops the ball, but the referee decides it is a foul throw and awards possession to Juventus. That could do it!
90' +2
SPECTACULAR GOALKEEPING! Buffon takes charge and shows great strength, running to keep the ball in play near the byline and holding firm as he's bundled into by Evra, preventing the ball from going behind for a corner. Time is running out now!
90' +1
Juventus seem to have all the answers to whatever it is Real Madrid throw at them. The hosts are desperately lacking in creativity and it's surprisingly all too comfortable for the Bianconeri as they try to see out these final two minutes.
90'
Four minutes! That's how much time will be added on here and that is how close Juventus are from sending the defending champions packing!
89'
R. Pereyra enters the game and replaces P. Pogba.
88'
CRUCIAL SAVE! Juventus manage their first counter in some time and it nearly produces a winner! Pogba is teed up for a shot just inside the top of the area, but he sends it too close to Casillas who gets his arms up to make an important reactionary save.
87'
A teasing ball forward for Hernandez to chase is dealt with soundly by Chiellini and Bonucci, as they usher the ball behind for a goal kick. Juventus are in time-wasting mode and you can hardly blame them now.
85'
The substitution of Alvaro Morata doesn't evoke much of a reaction at all from the home supporters, who are more focused than the bigger task at hand. The striker's goal has Juventus through at the moment and what a moment it is for the man who was brought up through the Real Madrid ranks, coming back to hant the team who didn't care enough to keep him.
84'
Fernando Llorente enters the game and replaces Álvaro Morata.
Bale is trying to take responsibility into his own hands, but it's not happening for him at the moment. You can hardly fault the Welshman for trying, as they have been unable to pass their way through, but his latest attempt from distance sails well wide of the near post.
Minute
Description
83'
Real Madrid have lost their last four ties in UEFA competition in which they suffered a defeat in the first leg. They need someone to step up and be the hero here to prevent that run from extending to five. It's become a bit stale from them in attack as they are starting to grow frustrated with their inability to break down this back line of Juventus.
81'
DISAPPOINTING! Tidy ball movement atop the area from Real Madrid, as the ball is worked towards Kroos atop the area. The German midfielder, who has been superb tonight, tries a first time shot, but drags his studs against the ground as the ball rolls feebly into the waiting arms of Buffon.
79'
A. Barzagli enters the game and replaces A. Pirlo.
Massimiliano Allegri is all in now as he commits to defending for the last 10 minutes. Andrea Barzagli, a third centre-half, makes his way onto the pitch at the expense of Andrea Pirlo. If Juventus could just manage a counter or two and grab another away goal, they would be packing their bags for Berlin.
78'
Juventus are defending admirably, but they have to find a way to relieve the pressure on their goal for an extended period of time. They win it back and boot it up the pitch, awarding possession straight back to the hosts. It's hardly an effective method and you have to wonder how long they can hold out this way.
76'
S. Lichtsteiner gets yellow.
Real Madrid are applying some excellent pressure, but Juventus continue to hold firm. Hernandez and Marcelo each plead for a penalty, but lighting doesn't strike twice as the referee turns the protests aside. Chiellini put in a very strong tackle on the left-back to turn aside a threatening attack.
74'
FLASHBACKS OF 2014! Ronaldo asserts his presence in the area, running towards the byline before chipping a cross in for Bale at the far post, in a near identical location to where he scored in last season's Champions League final. This time he fails to keep it down, sending his effort agonizingly onto the ceiling of the net!
72'
STAT ATTACK: Juventus have won all four of their cup ties in club history in which they won the first leg 2-1, including their round of 16 triumph over Borussia Dortmund. In addition, they have won 33 of 41 ties in Uefa competitions after recording a victory in the first game of a two-legged tie.
70'
C. Tevez gets yellow.
JUVENTUS NEARLY PUT THE GAME TO BED! Absolutely sensational build-up play from the visitors as they carve Real Madrid apart. A few one-touch passes in midfield works the ball forward for Vidal, who then sends Marchisio clean through on goal. The midfielder opens up and tries to curl a shot in at the far post, but Casillas does brilliantly to get down and shove the effort aside! That could have been it for Los Blancos!
68'
TERRIFIC EFFORT! We've seen some terrific strikes from distance in this match and James Rodriguez is the latest to try his luck. The midfielder takes a pass from 25-yards out, quickly shifts onto his left and drives a shot that just grazes the ceiling of the net.
67'
J. Hernández enters the game and replaces K. Benzema.
Real Madrid make the first substitution of the match and it's Javier Hernandez - no stranger to late goals - who takes the place of Karim Benzema. The Frenchman looked very capable in possession but his time missed due to injury has left him a bit rusty in front of goal.
65'
Pogba gets away with a trip in his own end, and starts Juventus forward on the counter. Vidal and Marchisio work a clever one-two on the right, before the latter plays a teasing ball across the face of goal that proves just too strong for Morata to get on the end of it.
63'
SHOULD BE TWO! Spectacular work from Marcelo, yet again, down the flank. He skips into space and delivers a wonderful ball in for Bale at the near post, but Pirlo does brilliantly to track back and put the Welshman under just enough pressure as his first-time strike drifts no more than an inch or two wide!
61'
The hosts have settled back down after conceding and they are being urged forward by this home crowd. They manage a good spell of possession and they're keeping the ball well in attack, with Juventus struggling to clear their lines. This could prove to be costly!
59'
Well you think Real Madrid regret letting him go? It's the second goal for Morata in this two-legged tie, and this one has them back in front on aggregate! The crowd is stunned and Real Madrid seem a bit shaken as Juventus steal back possession after the restart.
57'
Álvaro Morata has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by P. Pogba.
MORATA COMES BACK TO HAUNT HIS FORMER TEAM YET AGAIN! Clumsy defending from Ramos to concede a free kick near the touchline. The ball is lofted in but it looked like Casillas had done enough to clear with his punch. Juventus do well to keep possession Pogba heads a ball through for Morata who finishes clinically past the keeper! Much like the first leg, he doesn't celebrate, but you know that means the world to him on his return to the Santiago Bernabeu!
56'
STAT ATTACK: Juventus and Real Madrid have faced off 17 times, with each of those meetings coming in Europe’s most prestigious club competition. Los Blancos have played the role of hosts on seven occasions, winning five and losing twice, but each of those victories came by just one goal.
54'
BUFFON LIVID! The keeper lashes out at his defenders as they allow Marcelo to chest down a loose ball and waltz towards the top of the area, before bouncing a half-volley just wide of the far post! That really was some pedestrian defending from the Bianconeri.
52'
MUCH BETTER! Marchisio certainly can hit them and he shows that here! The midfielder latches onto the end of a pass from 25-yards out and drives a strike at goal. This one seems to have eyes as it makes it through the mess of defenders, but drifts just inches wide of the near post!
50'
Nice work from Tevez as he holds the ball up, allowing support to arrive. He works it out to the left for Pogba, who takes on Carvajal, but can't pick out a teammate with his cross as it sails well behind for a goal kick.
48'
Real Madrid start the second half on the front foot. It's very positive from them in attack, patiently looking to find a way through. Marcelo and Carvajal are playing so high up the pitch, keeping Juventus pinned in their own end. The visitors have to do more to test the two Real Madrid wing-backs, forcing them to drop deeper and defend.
46'
Off we go again!
45' +1
We've reached the interval at the Santiago Bernabeu!
44'
J. Rodríguez gets yellow.
Rodriguez tries to win his side a second penalty as he skips inside the area, going down quite theatrically under the slightest contact. Juventus players crowd the referee, before saving some choice words for the Colombian midfielder, who picks up a yellow card for his tomfoolery.
43'
This is a very important period before half time as the pace picks up yet again. A goal from either side would drastically change the scope of the tie and both teams look eager to be the ones to snatch the momentum as we approach the break.
41'
WONDERFUL SAVE! The pressure appears to be back on now from Real Madrid as we approach the break. They seem to be able to create with the flick of a switch and Juventus have to be wary of that. Benzema turns Bonucci around with a clever move, before trying to beat Buffon at the near post, but the keeper is up to the task, pushing the ball behind for a corner.
39'
SIDE NETTING! Exquisite counter-attacking football from the hosts! Bale, who has had a wonderful half, sends a terrific ball over the top to play Ronaldo through, but he can only send his shot into the side netting under pressure from Bonucci.
37'
STAT ATTACK: Juventus last reached the finals of the competition in 2003, defeating Real Madrid 4-3 on aggregate in the last four. They went on to lose on penalties to fellow Serie A outfit Milan in the championship match. Goalkeepers Gianluigi Buffon and Iker Casillas are the only two players who played in those matches still with their respective teams.
35'
Possession is actually 52-48 in favour of the visitors. They are doing a wonderful job of pressing off the ball in midfield and closing down gaps, making it difficult for Real Madrid to break them down. The urgency of the hosts isn't there anymore, but they have to be careful not to get too comfortable in defending this slender advantage.
33'
Letdown for Juventus! They do well to push forward and win a corner, as the game begins to tilt in their favour. Pirlo stands over, set to deliver, but sends a very poor cross which runs far and behind harmlessly for a goal kick.
32'
Isco gets yellow.
31'
The pace has slowed now as we surpass the 30-minute mark. The visitors have settled down after nearly conceding a second, with the ball largely being contained in midfield. Juventus certainly have the firepower in attack to turn this around, but they will have to be smart with their approach, not rushing to commit men forward with plenty of time still remaining.
29'
HOW IS IT NOT TWO?! Brilliant running from Benzema, covering half the field as he sprints forward, before playing it through for Ronaldo. The goalscorer changes direction to elude Lichtsteiner, but opts to try and play a short cross toward the far post as opposed to having a go himself! It's a selfless decision, but hardly the right time for it!
27'
STAT ATTACK: A Real Madrid victory would ensure an all-Spanish championship match for a second consecutive season, the first time in the history of the competition back-to-back finals would be contested by teams from the same country.
25'
Well this certainly changes the scope of the tie now! Juventus now find themselves tied on aggregate, but it's Real Madrid who would be through at the moment on away goals. The approach of both teams will certainly change now as we inch toward the half-hour mark.
23'
Penalty goal scored by Cristiano Ronaldo for Real Madrid!
RONALDO CONVERTS AND REAL MADRID ARE AHEAD ON AGGREGATE! The Portuguese international smashes a shot straight down the centre, into the roof of the net, and Buffon can only watch as he guesses wrong.
22'
PENALTY TO REAL MADRID! There will be controversy a plenty surrounding this decision from the Swedish referee! The ball falls kindly for James Rodriguez just inside the area. He dribbles his way forward and goes to ground under contact from Chiellini and the referee doesn't hesitate in pointing to the spot! There was certainly contact, but it may be a bit of a harsh decision, that.
21'
TERRIFIC EFFORT! Bale dribbles his way down the right and cuts into the centre. He eludes Pogba to create a bit of space for a shot, unleashing a thunderbolt from 40-yards out, forcing Buffon into a very difficult stop at the near post!
19'
NEEDED A BETTER BALL! Real Madrid are starting to up the tempo and nearly find the breakthrough! A tremendous ball over the top from Marcelo sends Benzema through via the left channel, but his pass across the face of goal is just behind Ronaldo as Juventus scramble clear.
18'
Clever from Isco! The midfielder changes direction to elude a tackle from Patrice Evra, before subtly trying to catch Buffon off his line with a chip towards the far corner. He makes good contact, but it never did threaten the goal as it sails high of the bar.
16'
Juventus certainly look a threat when they have possession, patiently transitioning into attack. They are moving well off the ball to open up space. The latest move forward sees Vidal and Lichtsteiner link up, with the Swiss defender sliding a pass through for Morata on the right, but he can't get his cross through as he's forced to settle for a corner.
14'
FIRST SAVE TO CASILLAS! Arturo Vidal takes a pass and wastes no time getting a shot off from 25-yards out. He drags a teasing strike back across goal with his left foot, but Casillas is able to dive across at full stretch to turn it aside.
12'
The work rate of Toni Kroos in midfield has been top notch early on. The German will play an essential role in this match, as he's asked to lay deep and provide insurance for the back line, while of course pulling the strings in possession from midfield.
10'
Real Madrid, always a threat from set pieces, win their first free kick of the match through Ronaldo after a foul from Leonardo Bonucci. The Portuguese international stands over it and his effort is worthy of the occasion as it forces Gianluigi Buffon into action from 30-yards out, as the keeper gets a touch to turn it onto the roof of the net.
8'
For a match with so much on the line, space certainly hasn't been hard to come by. For those expecting a chess match out on the pitch, it has been far from the case thus far. Juventus have also started very positively, enjoying their fair share of possession, not at all backing down in the face of their opponents.
6'
STUNNING CONTROL! That's the presence inside the area Real Madrid were missing in the first leg. A cross from Bale is dummied by Cristiano Ronaldo, coming to Karim Benzema in the centre. The striker shows spectacular technique to chest it down and flick it past Stephan Lichtsteiner on the volley, but his finish doesn't do justice to the build-up as he lashes a shot high and wide at the near post.
4'
Juventus manage their first foray into attack, courtesy of a duel won by Giorgio Chiellini in defence. The visitors push forward in numbers and a smart lay-off for Alvaro Morata at the top of the area looks threatening. The Spaniard had Paul Pogba streaking into the area to his left, but rolls the ball too far ahead, allowing Daniel Carvajal to slide in and break up the once promising move.
2'
EARLY TEST FOR JUVENTUS! It's a night where heroes are made, and Gareth Bale has been known to rise to the occasion in the past. The Welshman would love nothing more than to erase the recent criticism he's been under, and he comes close with an early header produced by a teasing Marcelo cross.
1'
And we're off! Real Madrid in white, attacking right to left, with Juventus in their away blue strip.
Hello and welcome to Madrid for the second leg of this mouth-watering Champions League semi-final clash! The Santiago Bernabeu is our venue tonight, as Cristiano Ronaldo and Real Madrid look to ensure an all-Spanish final by overcoming a 2-1 defeat in Turin against a Juventus eager to end their title defence. I am Alex Moretto and I will be your in-game host, guiding you through the match LIVE as it happens!
The prospect of an El Clasico derby in the Champions League final may be too seductive for some to pass up: Real Madrid v Barcelona; Cristiano Ronaldo v Lionel Messi; 20 combined final appearances and 14 triumphs in Europe. The storylines write themselves. A 2-1 first leg defeat is hardly insurmountable, and would have to be considered a positive result for Los Blancos, courtesy of Ronaldo's integral away goal. A second half Carlos Tevez penalty gives Juventus a leg up heading into the second leg, but you can be sure Real Madrid will leave it all out on the field this evening in an attempt to join their bitter rivals in next month's final in Berlin.
Juventus may just have something to say about that, however. The Bianconeri are craving their first appearance in the Champions League final since 2003 and a first success since 1996 - and what better way would there be for the likes of Gianluigi Buffon and Andrea Pirlo to cap off their illustrious careers than to lift Europe's most prestigious trophy? Although neither have any immediate plans to call it quits after this season, a Champions League success would at least force them to consider their options.
CONFIRMED TEAM NEWS:
REAL MADRID (4-3-3): Casillas; Carvajal, Ramos, Varane, Marcelo; Rodriguez, Kroos, Isco; Bale, Ronaldo, Benzema.
Putting an emphasis on attack, needing to reverse the 2-1 deficit facing them, Carlo Ancelotti has named an agressive starting lineup which features the return of Karim Benzema from injury. The striker comes in at the expense of centre-half Pepe, with Sergio Ramos pushing back into defence after starting in midfield in Turin. The Frenchman is a welcome return, with six goals to his name already in this season's edition of the Champions League, slotting in between Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo in the three-headed monster up top.
The big news for Juventus is the return of Paul Pogba from injury, replacing Stefano Sturaro in the starting lineup. The midfielder featured on the weekend, playing just over an hour and scoring his side's lone goal in a 1-1 draw against Cagliari. This is terrific news for the Bianconeri, who are unbeaten in their last 20 games with the Frenchman in the lineup. Carlos Tevez and former Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morato continue to man the lines in attack, both of whom found the back of the net in the first leg. The visitors should be well rested and ready for battle today, with nine of the 11 starters tonight sitting out their weekend clash in the league.
It's an electric atmosphere inside the Santiago Bernabeu, which we have come to expect from these passionate Real Madrid supporters. A large contingent of Juventus fans have made the trip as well, hoping to see their side reach the Champions League final for the first time in 12 years.
Of course motivation will not be in short supply for these two sides, contesting arguably their most important match of the season to date, but there are two interesting tidbits to note: Carlo Ancelotti can become the first coach to win the Champions League four times, while Arturo Vidal is hoping to become the first player of Chilean descent to lift the trophy.
HALF TIME: REAL MADRID 1-0 JUVENTUS. Cristiano Ronaldo's penalty has Los Blancos ahead on away goals, but the Bianconeri may still have something to say about that. In a fairly even half, the hosts have been able to create more with their possession, forcing Buffon into a few sharp saves, while Casillas has been left largely untested with the exception of a Vidal strike.
FULL TIME: REAL MADRID 1-1 JUVENTUS. Los Blancos' season has come crashing to a close as Alvaro Morata comes back to haunt his former side! The Spaniard's goal, his second in as many matches in the semi-final, ends Real Madrid's title defence and sends Juventus through to their first final since 2003!
I am Alex Moretto and I would like to thank you all for joining me here today. Good bye!
